IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT REGISTRATION:
PCIC offers a wide range of educational and social activities, including technical sessions, paper presentations, tutorials, professional development hours, continuing education credits, hospitality suites and several social activities for professional registrants and their guests.
Full Registration includes everything offered as part of the conference program, Monday through Thursday. The Monday Night Social is included for the full conference attendee and they are allowed to register one guest at no charge. Thursday tutorials are optional and offered for an additional fee.
One Day, Monday registration includes everything offered on Monday, including the Monday Night Social for the registrant only. It does not include a guest ticket for the Social.
One Day Tuesday or Wednesday registration includes everything offered as part of the conference program on the day selected.
Tutorials are scheduled on Thursday only and can be added to a full conference registration for an additional fee. If you want to attend a tutorial (only), you must register for One Day Thursday and then you can add the optional tutorials for that day.
Monday Night Social If you are registering for the full conference and plan to register a guest, the Monday Night Social ticket is included with the Guest’s registration. However, One Day conference registrants must purchase a Monday Social ticket if a guest will accompany them.

What’s Included in Conference Registrations?
- The hotel registration link is provided during the conference registration process. If you reserve a hotel room outside of the link provided, you will not get the discount for staying at the hotel.
- The "Standard Guest Room" has king bed options. You do not have to upgrade to the "Head of House Tower Room" to get a king bed.

Registration Fees

Registration Policies
Payment
Conference credentials will not be released without payment in full. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We do not invoice registration fees. Wire transfers are accepted with permission from PCIC. If you change a credit card after you’ve been successfully registered and charged, you will incur a $50 administration fee.
PDH or CEU
PDH or CEU credits are offered for an optional fee. You must pre-register for credits at the time of registration.
Conference attendees may earn Professional Development Hours (PDH) by presenting or attending conference papers, standards activities and subcommittee meetings. Certificates are available to those who opt in during registration and pay the appropriate fee. A form to track hours with instructions for submission will be provided on site.
Continuing Education Units (CEU) are available for a fee (per tutorial). The attendee must attend the tutorial and submit a CEU form to the presenter at the end to receive a certificate, mailed by IEEE.
Conference Record
The conference record is available to all professional registrants as a .pdf download. Printed copies can be ordered with registration for an additional fee, but may not be available on site unless preordered with your registration.
Tours
The Guest Hospitality Committee hosts a variety of local tours for guests to connect and enjoy the host city. Tours are optional and can be added during registration. Conference attendees should add tours to their registration only if they want join their guest on the tour. Tours for guests should be selected during the Guest registration process.
Changes & Additions
Once your registration has been submitted, you may add items or make changes by clicking on the “modify an existing registration” button on the registration start page. You will only be charged again if your changes result in a balance due.
Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellation requests received by August 17 will be refunded back to the original form of payment less a $200 cancellation fee. Refund requests received for any reason after August 17 will not be honored. Please email [email protected] to submit a cancellation request. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Tour tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged or sold between guests. Exchange information will be made available in the Guest Hospitality Suite.
International Visitors / Letter of Invitation
International visitors will automatically receive an invitation letter for a visa application with their registration confirmation email.
Important! IEEE and PCIC have no influence on the decision of any U. S. Embassy or Consulate to approve or reject any application for a visa to enter the United States. As an applicant, it is your responsibility to present legitimate reasons for attending the conference and to provide all necessary documentation to support your request for a visa. Neither IEEE or PCIC can assist you with the visa application or interview process, nor can we contact the embassy or consulate on your behalf to support your visa application

- The best rates are awarded to IEEE members. You will be asked during the registration process to enter your IEEE email and password to validate your IEEE member type and status. Please be sure your membership is up-to-date prior to registering.
- If you stay at the conference hotel, there will be additional savings if you enter your reservation confirmation number at the time of registration (see difference in fees above)
- Every person participating in conference activities must wear an official 2026 PCIC badge.
- No one under the age of 21 will be admitted where alcohol is served.
Payment
